Does my product come with a warranty?

Most products come with a warranty, please check the details on the product pages. If your product includes a warranty, it will automatically commence on the date your product is delivered. To replace your product under warranty, please contact us.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No. Your warranty is automatically registered upon purchase.

Are payment plans available?

Can I do a return or get a refund?

All products are used in a very personal manner, and can not be restocked or resold. All sales are final, no returns or refunds. If your item has an applicable defect and is covered under warranty, we will gladly replace the item.
